Padelino
These terms apply when you use the Padelino app or the live-score website. By using Padelino you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Padelino lets you organise padel rounds, track scores, and share a live leaderboard via a public link. The service is offered as-is and may change over time.
Your account
Padelino uses anonymous accounts — you don't sign up with an email or password. The account ID lives on your device, so deleting and reinstalling the app may sign you in as a new user. Keep that in mind before clearing app data on a phone that holds tournaments you care about.
Your content
- You're responsible for the player names, scores, tournament names, and any other information you enter into Padelino.
- Don't enter information about other people without a reasonable basis to do so. Friendly nights with friends — fine. Sharing real names of strangers without their consent — not fine.
- You retain ownership of the tournament data you create. By using the service you grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and share that data on your behalf (for example, rendering the live link to spectators you choose to share it with).
Live links and sharing
Live links are public. Anyone with the URL can open it, see the scores, and see the player names you entered (or initials, if you've enabled that). You are responsible for who you share the link with. You can stop sharing from the app at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Padelino to:
- Harass, defame, or single out other people via player names or other entered text.
- Upload anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer the app or attempt to bypass any technical limitations.
We may suspend access to the service or remove content if we believe it violates these rules.
Availability
We try to keep Padelino running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or bugs can happen. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
Padelino is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padelino and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months — which, for a free service, is zero.
Termination
You can stop using Padelino at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the service if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service itself.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
